Had a great experience at this hotel during Christmas. The restaurant staff were so accommodating, reopening the kitchen to serve us late at night. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a lot of variety. the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the surrounding hill towns. The room was okay, not the newest but comfortable enough for a quick stopover, which is exactly what we needed.
The spa wasn't that great. It could definitely use some improvement.

Great location for visiting nearby hill towns. The room was spacious with a comfortable and clean bed. The restaurant had exceptional food at reasonable prices, which was good since there were no other dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked the Food and Location, Disliked Room Design We had a lovely time at this hotel! the food was amazing and very affordable. We didn't need to eat anywhere else because it had everything we were craving. Plus, it was near the hill towns, which made it easy for us to plan our itinerary. the room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable with clean sheets. we were disappointed that our room didn't have a proper balcony. the flat roof was just a flat surface with no seating and no privacy. We would have loved to sit outside and relax. we had a good experience and would recommend it for a short stopover or if you're planning a quick visit to the nearby hill towns.

Staying here was an overall pleasant experience. the location was convenient for exploring nearby hilltop towns. the clean and spacious room, with its comfortable bed, allowed for a good night’s rest. the staff provided excellent service and specialized in accommodating last-minute requests, even reopening the kitchen to accommodate hungry travelers who arrived late! Breakfast offered a great variety of food options, making it easy to start the day on a full stomach. the reasonable prices and excellent cuisine at the restaurant make it a great option for dinner.
Some balconies only had flat roofs without seating, minimizing privacy and views.
